I feel very disappointed that I have to wait for 4 weeks to get an appointment, the reception suggested I come early in the morning from 8.00am, I work, the last time I did that I waited 1 hour and 45mins. I can only suggest that the surgery opens long instead of closing Friday mid-day to help with the work load.

Always have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment or have an emergency appointment , then you have to wait anything up to 2-3 hours to see the doctor. I have also heard receptionists discussing if a patient should have the a later appointment as someone more needing may need the earlier appointment . Think it is outrageous that receptionists should be deciding when people should see a doctor !!

a move could help as the buliding is dated and im sure they could do better with larger premises with a car park.

Dr Conod has been looking after for me for many years and I have always been more than happy with the way the practice operates. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are first class, patient and most helpful. Nothing about this practice could give rise to criticism. Mike Haig
